Shrimp is one of may favorite seafood. But this time, the shrimps are way too many. I don't know why, but it really doesn't look similar. But it still yummy though (no, it's not an excuse) hahahahaha. I did add some chili powder, onion, and Parmesan cheese. Teringat piring cantik, jadinya masak deh. Simple and praktis banget.&lt;br /&gt;Aglio olio. Aglio olio means garlic and oil. Jadi udah tau donk bahan utamanya. I used extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, chili powder, black pepper and salt. Kagak pake daging apa2, sesuai resep aslinya. Sebenernya sih karena uda malas beli lagi  :)&lt;br /&gt;Pertama2 rebus linguine. Then, di panci terpisah, panaskan minyak. Udah panas, masukkan bawang putih. Hmm... wangi yah? Hahaha.. Lalu linguine yang uda direbus juga dimasukkan. Next, tambahkan semua sisa bahan. Toss it. Ain't it simple?? Ngeliat piringnya, demen banget. Jadi selesai makan, gw ngajakin temen2 nyari piring. Akhirnya ketemu juga di Daiso.. Not bad. Piringnya cantik. Karena uda beli piring, jadinya kepengen masak deh. Sebenarnya kalau dipkir-pikir, freak juga yah. Hahaha... Akhirnya masak spaghetti ala carbonara deh. Bahan2nya gampang didapet. Parmesan cheese, bacon, butter, black pepper and salt, eggs, and spaghetti. Pertama-tama, spaghetti direbus. Di panci yang terpisah, panaskan mentega, lalu masak bacon sekitar 5 menit. Matikan kompor. Sementara itu, kocok telur, masukkan keju, lada, dan garam. Garamnya jangan terlalu banyak, karena bacon nya sendiri udah asin. Kalau spaghetti sudah masak al dente, angkat, campur ke bacon. Masak lagi, sambil masukkan telur dll. Jangan terlalu lama, supaya spaghetti nya gak kering. Kalau terlalu kering, tambahkan air rebusan spaghetti. Voila!!! Buat pecinta keju, tambahkan keju lagi. Lagiiii....!!! Hahaha... So that's it. Easy to cook.. Resepnya dapet dari &lt;a href="http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/7269/spaghetti+with+tuna+sauce"&gt;sini&lt;/a&gt; nih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Bedanya, my spaghetti ditambahin basil leaves, black pepper, tomato paste, chicken stock, a lil’ bit sugar and chili powder. Boleh tambahkan bawang &lt;st1:place st="on"&gt;&lt;st1:city st="on"&gt;bombay&lt;/st1:city&gt;&lt;/st1:place&gt; supaya lebih wangi. Masaknya gampang dan cepat. 20 minutes is all what it takes. If you like cheese, tambahkan parmesan cheese. Hmmm… Yummy… Baru kali ini semua yang makan pada muji. Jadi bangga. Hahahaha.. Enaknya sampai sekarang masih terbayang-bayang. Tips, jangan ragu2 tambahkan parsley dan basil supaya bau tunanya gak terlalu tajam. Good luck, and have fun trying. Now everybody can cook. My favourite food among all!!! Awalnya sih karena ditinggal sendirian di rumah. Lagi nonton, perut memanggil- manggil. Jadi gw turun ke Fairprice beli bahan- bahan masak. Tadinya sih mau beli unagi aja. Tapi setelah dipikir lama, jadinya masak aja karena masih ada sisa stock bahan. Takut rusak. Hehe.. Resepnya turun- temurun dari mama. Spaghetti biasa, masak ala Chinese :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan :&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm olive oil&lt;br /&gt;minced pork / beef sesuai selera&lt;br /&gt;bawang bombay&lt;br /&gt;tomato paste&lt;br /&gt;ragu (mushroom, beef, traditional, up to u guys)&lt;br /&gt;sausage (optional)&lt;br /&gt;grounded oregano&lt;br /&gt;salt and pepper&lt;br /&gt;spaghetti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Fisrt thing first, panaskan kompor. Tumis bawang bombay dengan olive oil di api sedang. Masukkan daging cincang. Tambahkan garam dan lada secukupnya. Kalau daging sudah matang, masukkan ragu dan 2 sdm tomato paste. Boleh tambah sedikit air kalau bahan terlalu kental. Tambahkan sosis dan grounded oregano. Biarkan beberapa menit. Sementara itu, rebus air di panci besar. Tunggu sampai airnya mendidih, masukkan 2 sdt garam, last masukkan spaghetti. Rebus beberapa menit sesuai instruksi di bungkus. Kalau sudah al dente, angkat dan tiriskan. Jangan langsung buang air rebusan, karena masih bisa dipakai kalau spaghetti terlalu kering. Matikan kompor yang berisi bahan-bahan. Campur spaghetti dan bahan. Kalau ada parmesan cheese, spread dulu di atasnya. Hmmmm.... yummy... Sebelum makan, jangan lupa difoto dulu supaya bisa di post di blogspot.com. Hehehe...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Very simple, right? Cuma perlu waktu 20 menit. Kebetulan banget, ketemu buku resep pasta dengan harga yang menggiurkan. Langsung deh gw hajar. Hehehe...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Setelah resepnya dicoba, ternyata hasilnya biasa-biasa aja. Pantesan harga bukunya murah. But still worth it for a SGD 7.95 book.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I called it Penne with Pork and Peppers, according to the book. Bahan-bahannya, bawang bombay, bawang putih, paprika (merah, hijau, atau kuning), jamur kalengan, chicken broth (ini gw juga ga tau apaan, tapi untung ketemu di cold storage), marjoram leaves,salt and pepper, pork tenderloin, n penne of course. Daging babinya dibumbuin dulu dengan garam dan lada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pertama-tama, panasin minyak di kompor. Kalau bisa, pake extra virgin olive oil. Kalau udah panas, masukin bawang bombay, bawang putih, n paprika. Dioseng-oseng sekitar 6-7 menit, then masukkan daging babi, besarin api sampe dagingnya berubah warna. Kalau ada dry white wine, boleh dipake. Then tunggu sekitar 1 menit sebelum bahan-bahan lain dimasukkan. Masukkan yang masih tersisa di luar panci. Rebus air di tempat terpisah. Kalau air udah mendidih, masukkan 2 sdt garam. Rebus penne sampai al dente. Angkat n tiriskan. Campur ke saus pasta. Hasilnya?? OK lahh.... Not bad for a beginner. Foto- fotonya bagus. Plus masakannya mengundang selera. Jadi deh gw juga ngebuat webblog khusus untuk menyalurkan hobi masak n fotografi. LOL.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tadi begitu bangun tidur siang, rasanya lapeeerrr banget. Kepikiran deh, kenapa gak masak aja?? Langsung deh gw turun ke bawah. FYI, gw tinggal di condo, very convenient. Mau ke supermarket, tinggal turun di bawah. Supermarket serba lengkap! Hehehe..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay.. Jadi gw masak spicy linguine. Tadinya sih sebenernya mau masak Thai Spaghetti. Resep dari big bro gw. Tapi karena bahan-bahan yang gw beli gak ada produk Thailand, jadi gw ganti deh. Plus, gw lebih milih masak linguine daripada spaghetti. Udah bosen sih sama spaghetti. Hehehe..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahannya gampang didapet. Gw kurang yakin kalau di Indo, tapi harusnya sih ada dijual juga di supermarket. Bahan dasar? Bawang bombay!!! Tadi pake bawang bombay Australia. Setelah dimasak, jadinya wangi and manis banget. Selain bawang bombay, gw juga pake beberapa siung bawang putih, udang, garam, liquid chicken stock, oregano leaves, basil, chilli powder, and black pepper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pertama-tama, rebus linguine di panci besar. Jangan lupa tambahin sedikit garam n cooking oil, supaya lebih berasa n gak lengket. Lama merebus sih seharusnya ada ditulis di package nya. Tiap pasta beda-beda durasinya. Pastanya sih terserah, boleh pake spaghetti, linguine, macaroni, dsb sesuai selera.  Kalau udah, ditiriskan, tambahin liquid chicken stock, n oregano. Aduk- aduk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Next, masak bumbunya. Nyalain kompor, masukin minyak. Kalau minyak udah panas, masukkan bawang putih n bawang bombay. Awas! Kecilin api! Jangan sampe bawang putih gosong... Udah kecium belum wangi bawangnya? Heehehe.. Bawangnya uda berubah warna belum?? Masukin udang. Then masukkan spaghetti. Campur deh segala bahan-bahan yang belum masuk secukupnya. Tingggg....!!!! It's done! Jangan lupa matiin kompornya yachh..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gimana? Gampang kan? Gw yakin adek gw aja bisa. Hehehe.. Kalau ada yang coba resep ini, kasih tau yah hasilnya. Atau mungkin boleh di post fotonya. Jadi kita bisa saling memberi kritik dan pujian. Mari kita memasak lagi di lain hari...
