Sorry a million. I didn't take the picture of it. It smells soooo nice that I can't wait to eat it. First I marinade the chicken with teriyaki sauce, honey, and garlic. Left it for a night, then cook it the next day. Yummmm...

Sinful Shrimp Pasta

Came across this recipe from here. I don't know why, but it really doesn't look similar. But it still yummy though (no, it's not an excuse) hahahahaha. I did add some chili powder, onion, and Parmesan cheese. Sin no.2 : say cheese!
Okay, my next post should be honey chicken teriyaki. SHOULD BE!! Let's pray I'm not too lazy to move my ass to the kitchen. :)

Linguine Aglio e Olio

Aglio olio. Aglio olio means garlic and oil. Jadi udah tau donk bahan utamanya. I used extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, chili powder, black pepper and salt. Kagak pake daging apa2, sesuai resep aslinya. Sebenernya sih karena uda malas beli lagi :)
Pertama2 rebus linguine. Then, di panci terpisah, panaskan minyak. Udah panas, masukkan bawang putih. Hmm... wangi yah? Hahaha.. Lalu linguine yang uda direbus juga dimasukkan. Next, tambahkan semua sisa bahan. Toss it. Ain't it simple?? Now everybody can cook :)

Spaghetti with Tuna Sauce

Bedanya, my spaghetti ditambahin basil leaves, black pepper, tomato paste, chicken stock, a lil’ bit sugar and chili powder. Boleh tambahkan bawang bombay supaya lebih wangi. Masaknya gampang dan cepat. 20 minutes is all what it takes. If you like cheese, tambahkan parmesan cheese. Hmmm… Yummy… Baru kali ini semua yang makan pada muji. Jadi bangga. Hahahaha.. Enaknya sampai sekarang masih terbayang-bayang. Tips, jangan ragu2 tambahkan parsley dan basil supaya bau tunanya gak terlalu tajam. Good luck, and have fun trying. Now everybody can cook. Spaghetti Bolognaise

Spaghetti bolognaise. My favourite food among all!!! Awalnya sih karena ditinggal sendirian di rumah. Lagi nonton, perut memanggil- manggil. Jadi gw turun ke Fairprice beli bahan- bahan masak. Tadinya sih mau beli unagi aja. Tapi setelah dipikir lama, jadinya masak aja karena masih ada sisa stock bahan. Takut rusak. Hehe.. Resepnya turun- temurun dari mama. Spaghetti biasa, masak ala Chinese :)
Bahan-bahan :
2 sdm olive oil
minced pork / beef sesuai selera
bawang bombay
tomato paste
ragu (mushroom, beef, traditional, up to u guys)
sausage (optional)
grounded oregano
salt and pepper
spaghetti

Fisrt thing first, panaskan kompor. Tumis bawang bombay dengan olive oil di api sedang. Masukkan daging cincang. Tambahkan garam dan lada secukupnya. Kalau daging sudah matang, masukkan ragu dan 2 sdm tomato paste. Boleh tambah sedikit air kalau bahan terlalu kental. Tambahkan sosis dan grounded oregano. Biarkan beberapa menit. Sementara itu, rebus air di panci besar. Tunggu sampai airnya mendidih, masukkan 2 sdt garam, last masukkan spaghetti. Rebus beberapa menit sesuai instruksi di bungkus. Kalau sudah al dente, angkat dan tiriskan. Jangan langsung buang air rebusan, karena masih bisa dipakai kalau spaghetti terlalu kering. Matikan kompor yang berisi bahan-bahan. Campur spaghetti dan bahan. Kalau ada parmesan cheese, spread dulu di atasnya. Hmmmm.... yummy... Sebelum makan, jangan lupa difoto dulu supaya bisa di post di blogspot.com. Hehehe...
